About this event
Alex Ligertwood was a powerhouse Scottish vocalist best known for his years as the lead singer of Santana, where his soulful voice became a defining part of the band's sound throughout the 1980s. Blending rock, blues, soul, R&B, and Latin influences, he also performed with acclaimed artists and groups such as the Average White Band, Brian Auger's Oblivion Express, and the Jeff Beck Group.
